VILLA RESERVATION POLICY

A 25% deposit on accommodation is required on the total amount for the length of stay to confirm reservation. The balance is due 45 days from date of arrival in order to secure reservation. If your villa booking is less than 45 days before date of arrival, full payment is due upon booking the reservation.

During the Christmas holiday season, full payment on accommodation is due 60 days before date of arrival. Payment can be made by Visa*, Mastercard*, Cheque or Wire Transfer*.

ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION POLICY
10% cancellation fee charged on all bookings until -
45 days prior to date of arrival – forfeit deposit
30 days prior to date of arrival – forfeit 50% of total amount paid
7 days prior to date of arrival – forfeit total amount paid
Cancellation during Christmas season 45 days or less – forfeit total amount paid.
